Interview
the EveryAlaskaHome team:
- We will show
you the total number of properties we discovered using your search
criteria.
- We will discuss
with you why we recommend viewing some homes and maybe passing
on others.
- You will not
be given a list of homes to drive by. We will arrange a private
viewing with our best agents in attendance.
- We will search
until you find the property you want, no matter how long it takes.
- We can pre-qualify
and arrange all types of financing including special grants, where
applicable, to assist in your down payment.
- We will never
write up a contract on a home we have not seen with you if possible,
or on our own.
- Once you have
selected a property, we will stay with you during the home inspection,
to help answer any questions.
- We will help
you make a purchase that is at market price or below so you might
enjoy equity quickly
- We will attend
the closing at the Title company with you.
- We will make
several after-the-sale follow up calls or visits
